Ethical Leadership: PRLC 1810

PRLC 1810 began the exploration into ethics theories and provided practice on analyzing complex issue from an ethical leadership perspective.

This course led to my understanding on how leadership and ethical thinking function closely together and how to define my own ethical ideas. I learned from the multitude of guest speakers, it is extremely important to have a sense of moral integrity as a leader because often decisions have an impact that reaches far beyond our own selves. I also realized the importance of explaining my ethical decisions to others which is best achieved through defined and careful reasoning.
